June Kamerling
June’s philosophy is rooted in years of bodywork, insight into the skeletal and muscular system, kinesiology, and a deep wisdom around how individual bodies are meant to move.

Trisha Colton
Trisha fell in love with Pilates and has been practicing since 2010. She began teaching in 2017 and is continuing her education through Balanced Body. She offers a discounted “Apprentice rate.”

Anna Shapiro
Anna loves to see how people’s lives and bodies improve with Pilates. She is certified in Pre and Post Natal Pilates, and has extensive experience working with people with Chronic Pain, and elderly students.

Irving S. Wiltshire
Irving is a long time Health and Fitness practitioner that brings a unique background to his pilates teaching, spanning the fields of bodywork, physical therapy, the Performing, Visual and Literary Arts.

Liz Nguyen PT, DPT
Liz’s interest in movement led her to pursue a certification in pilates through BASI. She has taken a neuromuscular approach that integrates developmental kinesiology in her teaching to help clients move efficiently.
